Essential Matwork 1
Consider booking this as a beginners or refresher course to help you to brush up on your Pilates skills. This is also popular as a second mat class in the week.
Essential Matwork 2
An intermediate class, increasing the classical exercise repertoire for clients wanting to learn transitions and flow taking their Pilates knowledge to the next level.
Pilates Towers of Power
A more challenging workout for clients keen to extend their knowledge of the Pilates classical repertoire. Now incorporating the Towers of Power, you can enjoy the spring resistance in a matclass. Maximum of 5 people in a class.
The 5 Balanced Body Pilates Reformers in the studio, are now all fitted with Towers to provide a challenging and unique workout experience. These are used for private sessions or small group classes (max. 5 people).
These are helpful for you to understand the main principles of Pilates and ensure we are familiar with your body and goals.
In our studio we have many types of Balanced Body Pilates equipment; Reformers, Towers of Power,Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Arc Barrels. To new clients some of this looks like instruments of torture!
Workshops are occasionally scheduled on topics such as;
