Currently all classes are online, please contact me for information and bookings for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will remain online until the Government regulations change allowing us to open again as a Covid secure environment. This looks likely to be private sessions from 12th April and group sessions from mid May. 

The in-studio schedule has altered with smaller Mat classes and fewer sessions available. Social distancing throughout the studio, Government guidelines followed for health and hygiene protocols at all times.  Before attending class Covid-19 form must be completed.  Please see my T&C's in the schedule section for more details and watch the Welcome Video below.

Pilates Towers of Power

A challenging workout for clients keen to extend their knowledge of the Pilates classical repertoire.  Incorporating the Towers of Power, you can enjoy the spring resistance combined with matwork. Maximum of 5 people in a class.

Group Reformer

The 5 Balanced Body Pilates Reformers in the studio, are now all fitted with Towers to provide a challenging and unique workout experience.  These are used for private sessions or small group classes (max. 5 people).

Studio Equipment

In our studio we have many types of Balanced Body Pilates equipment; Reformers, Towers of Power,Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Arc Barrels. To new clients some of this looks like instruments of torture!
