An enrolment form will need to be completed prior to acceptance in class/studio.  Each workstation has a basket with hand sanitiser/cleaning products. Please bring clean pilates socks to wear in the studio.    

Payment in advance for all courses. No refunds for missed sessions.  Private Sessions - Please note, payment is due if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before an appointment.

Out of consideration for the instructor and other members please ensure you arrive on time for class. The pre-class warm-up is designed to help with the avoidance of injury and should not be missed.
